Phentermine.
Phentermine can be recommended by your doctor if you have been diagnosed with obesity and need to be taking medications to keep your food cravings under control. Phentermine is supposed to be combined with a healthier diet and exercise for best effects. Phentermine is supposed to be taken once a day with a full glass of water unless recommended otherwise by your health care provider. The following side effects are sometimes possible: constipation, dry mouth, feeling nervous or anxious, diarrhea, headache, itching, dizziness, and insomnia. Unless they change in intensity, you are not supposed to report them to your health care provider right away. The side effects mentioned are most likely to go away on their own. More serious side effects can include light-headedness, seizure, shortness of breath, fainting, severe headache, fast or uneven heartbeat, blurred vision, unusual thoughts or behavior, and chest pain, but they are unlikely to happen. Some of the serious side effects can be avoided if you have an honest conversation with your doctor before the treatment and tell him of the fact of having history of drug or alcohol abuse, heart disease, glaucoma, high blood pressure, diabetes, arteriosclerosis, seizure disorder, anxiety disorder, or problems with your thyroid.
